![]() ![]() ![]() This vintage style bracelet makes a great gift idea for your sister, mom or best friend! The beautiful bee charms are added to the design to give it flair and the cute toggle clasp makes it super easy to wear, it can be worn alone or stacked with your favorite collection. This antique style bee bracelet has three vintage mechanical jeweled watch movements as a base. Delicate Victorian styled bees are married with mechanical watch movements in a fun stylish steampunk bracelet. The emotionally-charged relationship between Lag and his old friend and mentor Gauche is easily one of the biggest highlights of the show, but steampunk fans in particular will also be won over by Tegami Bachi's distinctive combination of a medieval-esque world incorporating industrial era-inspired technology.Bees are such amazing creatures. ![]() Even so, like Last Exile, Tegami Bachi is more than worthy of rediscovery thanks to its extremely poignant story that has the power to appeal to any demographic. As Tegami Bachi first aired in 2008 with its pilot OVA episode, followed by its main series in 2009, it's obviously no longer at the forefront of people's minds despite being based on a relatively popular Shonen Jump property. Tegami Bachi shares certain commonalities with Violet Evergarden, including that the protagonists of both titles are tasked with delivering important messages, deeply touching the hearts of their recipients in the process. ![]() However, when Gauche vanishes without a trace, just as a resistance movement called Reverse starts robbing journeying Letter Bees of their precious mail, Lag makes it his mission to discover what happened to his hero - and to do whatever it takes to bring him home. Although Letter Bees must deliver their mail while either avoiding or fighting armored insect-like beasts called Gaichuu, Lag was driven to take on the dangerous role after befriending an older Bee named Gauche Suede. Lag Seeing is a rookie delivery boy, or Letter Bee, in the world of AmberGround, where an artificial sun allows people to live in a land of otherwise perpetual night. With its 19th-century European-based technology and concepts clearly adapted from the Industrial Revolution, steampunk fans especially will find a lot to enjoy. In particular, Last Exile's aesthetic is something that no work has ever replicated, combining heavy historical research with artistic flair to create a world so rich in detail that it outperforms many newer titles to this day, even 20 years on. Nonetheless, the show's unique story, fascinating cast and stunning production values make it well worth looking back on. Despite this, while FMA lives on in the collective anime consciousness, Last Exile seems to have been lost to time, even with it receiving a sequel series in 2011 called Last Exile: Fam, the Silver Wing. Last Exile's initial release predates the first Fullmetal Alchemist anime by only a few months, with the former ending in September 2003 and the latter beginning in October of the same year. Although Claus and Lavie succeed in their mission, they quickly find themselves drawn into a far-reaching conflict between the warring nations of Anatoray and Disith - something that also brings them into contact with a mysterious organization known only as the Guild. While they typically take on relatively low-risk jobs, they end up accepting a high star-rating delivery to transport an orphan girl named Alvis Hamilton to the battleship Silvana. Claus Valca and Lavie Head are a teenage pilot and navigator team who work as "vanship" sky couriers in the world of Prester, delivering goods and messages between two hostile countries that are divided by the Grand Stream air current. ![]()
